We always recommend meeting prior to booking, although it is not essential, it does help you get an idea if we are the right photographers for your big day, and gives us a chance to answer any questions you might have.

Whilst it is nice to meet in person, if you are not in Southend or Essex we are also happy to meet with you online, via Zoom or similar.

There are so many beautiful venues in Essex, Southend and beyond, but we have shot at quite a few! If we haven't we always visit beforehand to get a feel for the venue and grounds, if distance allows. If not we make sure to arrive early to scope it out. We've shot at many others, so there is a good chance We've covered your venue before, but if not don't worry, we are experienced and adaptable to any space.

No! You will receive all the pictures back that pass our quality control, and whilst we can never guarantee an actual number, for a full day (getting ready to first dance), we would usually return between 500-800 pictures, depending on whether you go for 1 or 2 photographers.

We are experienced and adaptable to any situation, so if the rain really doesn't allow for any outdoor photos, we will be able to find space inside to shoot, with our knowledge and experience - and our extensive equipment - we will be sure to get photos you will love no matter the weather. That being said, we also carry umbrellas and are happy to get some rain shots if you are! We can also mix up the normal timings of things if this works for you so that we take advantage of breaks in the weather.

Yes, we have both public liability and professional indemnity insurance.

We ask for a 25% deposit upon signing of the contracts, full balance is due when you receive your edited pictures back, although some prefer to pay this before and that is fine too.

We normally say 6 weeks from your wedding day, most of the time it is quicker than this though, as we are as excited as you are to see the finished pics!
